Exactly...who turns down BCS Money? Does ND get to keep all 14 million since they do not have a conference to share it with? Anyone?

 

I'm sure they will split it amongst the boosters. But they don't have to share with any other universities.

 

No, ND will get $4.5 mil. But they get $1 mil every year they are not in a BCS bowl.
