Saying Huizenga just landed in BR is one thing. To say that he's here for a 2 hour meeting sets off the BS alarm.

If it's true (I don't get that station) then it means either two things (regardless of meeting time or not):

    1. Saban is gone and WH is attending the PC.
    2. Talks have broken down and WH is trying to save the deal.

I agree SabanFan. Anyone know what the name of that site is that tracks private planes by tail numbers? Anyone know what Hizinga's plane number is? Cant we find that out somehow?

If Hizinga is indeed in BR, I cant see that being a good sign at all. No way Hizinga comes here to get egg thrown in his face unless he is here trying to twist Nick's arm a little fearing he is leaning to staying in BR.

    The suspense continues....

The owner coming to BR to meet with Saban is much better than Saban going to Miami to meet with him.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part...

If this was any other day than xmas eve your wishful thinking is dead on. With the day being what it is Im not sure Saban would want to fly to Miami for a stupid press conference then fly all the way back on xmas eve. Takes too much away from whats supposed to be family time.

I still don't believe Saban would hold a press conference at LSU to announce he's leaving. Maybe he would do it at another location in BR, but I'll be shocked if steps up to the podium at the LSU administration building and tells us he's leaving.

Maybe I'm setting myself up for one huge disappointment, but I'll be excited if I hear the press conference is held at LSU.

Lone hold outs: Wife and Daughter.

My guess is that Sexton, Nick and High-zinger will be Triple Teaming poor Wife and Daughter, extolling the virtues of a new life in Mee-jam-mee.

Not even an Al Qaida detainee at Gitmo could weather that onslaught.

Do you realize that the Tigers fly to Orlando on 25 Dec and that the Dolphins play a home game on Sunday night, 26 Dec? If we don't get the word TODAY that Saban stays, then I fear that the timeline will play out like this:

Sat, 25 Dec: Nick tells the team in private that he's taking the Fins job. The players are the first to know the answer we've all been waiting for.

Sun, 26 Dec: Nick takes the short flight from Orlando to Miami for the presser with WH and Don Shula and is announced as the Fins new HC.

WIFE AND DAUGHTER, PLEASE DON'T BACK DOWN. LIFE IS BETTER IN BR!!
