Hey all. I know there are only a few of us Tiger fans out here in Bakersfield, but we'd love to have any of ya'll over to watch the game in Hi-Def. If you're interested in hanging out with a couple of LSU folks that have somehow ended up out here, drop me an email at [email protected]

    GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!

"Its a three day ride from Bakersfield and I don't know why I came, I guess I came to keep from payin' dues - So instead I got a bottle and a girl who's just 14 and ended up with a case of the Mexicali Blues"

"I was driving home from Bakersfield one Sunday morning, listenin to the Gospel on the college radio station, when the preacher told me I'd always have God on my side. I was pleased to hear this, so I ran 20 red lights in His honor."

I just listened to this song this morning. I know who it's by but don't know the name of the song. Anyone know? It's kind of a funny song about meeting a girl with faraway eyes.

Hint: It doesn't sound like most of their other songs and many say this is the greatest rock & roll band of all time (but what is the actual name of the song?).

Its a Rolling Stones song called "The Girl with Faraway eyes"

Merle Haggard does one I can't think of the name of about playing guitar in a bar in Bakersfield.
