If I was a defensive player I would target the knee of any offensive player who kneeled. Penalty or fines be damned.

No I don't believe anyone should kneel on our anthem, but he is a true American success story, and be proud he is from a country that you can go from adversity and become a successful businessman. Hate to tell you but there are not that many countries that you can do that, just my opinion

There are not but every success story here is a true American success story. And the beauty of our country is it affords not only the ability to overcome your background and find better avenues in life, but you also are allowed to express your feelings in a peaceful manner.

Much like you just have on this message board. :)

By the way, Eric Reid was one of the first guys to start doing it. Quite a few LSU Tigers have been at the forefront of this. By the way, much of the displays today are in direct response to the NFL comments the president just made. NFL owners were even demonstrating against Trump. That's a first in my lifetime.

Since some of you have made a political post over this BS, I will as well.

First off let me say I don't agree with using the anthem as a form of protest. However, I support the right. If not we might as well be communist if you want blind allegiance. Big mouth Agent Orange making his comments will only make the protest stronger and more reason to protest.

Meanwhile no one says a peep about Trump not putting his hand over his heart during the anthem on numerous ocassions. Also, if you're against the protest that's fine, however, if you're a monument supporter then you're a hypocrite. Those who were memorialized were traitors to that very flag, as well as taking arms against that very flag. Spin it all you want........

Here's what gets me. Tebow does some Christian stuff and gets reamed by media. These idiots kneel and the media makes them heros. That stinks to high hell.
