Looks like those guys had a good time and were depressed when it was time to go home. I guess us 'cajuns' can do that to people ....LOL I like the end. GEAUX HOKIES ...LOL :geauxtige
I must say, those VT guys are great! I cant say that I'd film another schools mascot, stadium, etc if I went. They're a great group. They're...and I dont use this word a lot...classy. This may be why they were upset to leave...LSU blue, Vtech red
Nice video, it looks like they were having a large time. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
When you have something as special as we have here then it's hard to be impressed. I thought I would be impressed at Knoxville last year but that thought passed quickly when I planted my wide rear end into that 10" seat, 92,000 in Baton Rouge is better than 110,000 at UT. Chickens, birds, and bulldogs don't do much for me. I might possibly be impressed by a big bull gator but I have yet to see one on campus in Gainesville, Mike has no equal. I imagine Mike would make a fine meal out of the Colorado buffalo or that cow at Texas.
Hey guys, VTHokieTBone7 here. That's my video that is linked, shot by yours truly. Someone left a comment that I should come here and tell you all about my trip so here I am. I'm a frequenter at TechSideLine.com, so you all are more than welcome over there. First about me. I am 3 years removed from VT and spent all 4 years as a trombone player in the Marching Virginians. My dad is a VT alum, so I followed his tracks. My wife, whom I met in high school, was also a trombone player in the Marching Virginians. The other two kids in the video are former MVs as well. We flew out of Washington National (Reagan) on Friday to New Orleans. Had a great time on Bourbon St. where I wore my "WAR DAMN GOBBLER" t-shirt that I made for the Sugar Bowl against Auburn. That got lots of stairs and some pictures with some ladies! We drove into Baton Rouge Saturday after watching College Gameday in the hotel. Once we got there we walked all over the campus and met a ton of AWESOME LSU fans. Every where we went people were saying "Welcome to Baton Rouge" and all that good stuff. Don't worry, we got harassed with Tigerbait as well, but that's all in good fun. We obviously did a few shot-skis, had some cajun cuisine, and drank some beers with a lot of tiger fans. I had a great time until the game started and you guys took us behind the woodshed, but it happens I guess. We found out early on that we're not as good as we thought we were, but we're not as bad as we looked either. I'm hoping the team can pull it together and win the rest of them, but with FSU, Miami, GT, Clemson, and BC that might be a tall order for a young freshman QB. Just wanted to say that I had a great time, I really wish our ADs would put a home-and-home together every few years so we could come back. Until then, I'll just have to forget about this game and keep watching the highlights from the 2002 game  I really do hope your guys keep their heads straight and win the rest of them for you on your way to another national championship. Good luck for the rest of the season, I'll stick around and reply if you have any questions. -Paul
