Of course, it is in women's bowling, but it isn't mythical:thumb: : http://vucommodores.cstv.com/sports/w-bowl/recaps/041407aab.html APOPKA, Fla. --- Vanderbilt broke away from Maryland Eastern Shore in the last five frames of the seventh and deciding game to win the first team NCAA Championship in Vanderbilt University history Saturday.
This is really exciting for Vandy fans! I moved to Nashville a year ago and support their Football, Baseball and Basketball programs. I got 48 yard line tickets on the home side for football, 8th row floor behind the goal left for basketball and 9th row behind home plate baseball. The football is competitive and getting better, the basketball made sweet sixteen(got robbed against Georgetown) and the Baseball team is #1 in the nation. I get to see most SEC teams play the Dors and have great seats. You can understand what all the athletes say when they talk. I'm still a Tiger at heart but love Nashville and Vanderbilt. Anybody pulling for a Vandy upset of Bama when Satan comes to Nashville in the fall??? Congrats to Vandy on their first National Championship in any sport! :thumb:
of course! and congrats to vandy on the bowling championship. ya gotta start those championships somewhere!:thumb:
