Who do yall like in this one? Im taking the Gators. Florida scores to quick and too often for the Vols to keep up.
The Vol D-Line has very little depth due to ineligible transfers and nagging injuries. I look for the Gator running game to wear them down. And then the Tennessee D will not be able to mount much of a pass rush. But Zook has a QB dilema. He made too many promises and now has to try to keep his flock happy. Although I would prefer to see Tennessee win this one... reality says Gators by 9.
the crocs will win this one....although I really think Phillip Fullmer is a better coach than Ron Crook.....err Zook
Hmmmm.... I'm gonna really step out and pick Slingblade and the Hicks. The crocs are a mirror image of their leader and without any defineable personality. Sure they jumped out on the Canes, but their D wilted just as quickly in the second half, along with their Offense. Got a feeling that Cedric Houston up the gut will take the measure of the reptiles, he could have a career day behind that OL and then Slingblade can play-action pass the gates to keep them honest. The key will be turnovers, for the vollies just gave UF the ball far too many times in last year's meeting to have any chance, but that bunch of crocs had Rex at the helm! I'm just not sold on the cesspool swizzlers ability to light up a methodical opponent who will milk the clock, just too many newbies on that team imo. It hurts me dearly to select the viles, but I hate the mullets far worse. :cuss:
UT-UF prediction I've got to go with Florida winning this one. It's at the swamp. Florida is really believing in themselves but not too overconfident yet. Tennesee has not been overly impressive at this point yet. Florida 28 Tennessee 14 :geaux: :lsug:
I will go with UF on this one. Although they were off and on against Miami, they will be able to pull this one off.
