USC Spin in Full Gear

My god I think I am going to puke if I have to hear anymore on how USC is the best 1 loss team in the country and they are deserving and should go to the NC game.

I haven't really checked but who are these powerhouse and majorly ranked teams that they have beaten that give them such a high spot in the BCS and polls. All I heard today was how they destroyed Ark. and Oregon plus Ark. is the best team in the SEC so that goes to show you how strong USC is :dis:

I mean really the spin doctors are in full swing on this now knowing that either OSU or Michigan will lose.

Its time for a playoff to end all of this bull#$%@. Let them play it out on the field and settle it. University Presidents are so money hungry and have way to much say so in this matter. Its time to come out of the past and catch up with all the other sports and bring in a playoff system. Also time to end this scheduling of games so far in advance and allow for some oppourtunity to make adjustments to the schedule. Heck if something falls through there are always plenty of paycheck teams waiting to pick up in the wings.

Who did USC lose to????????? Oregon St. Let's say USC does win out and Michigan loses Sat. I know it's "when you lose and not who you lose to", but if Michigan's only loss is to the no. 1 team in the country and USC loss to an unranked opponent, it's crap that USC would get a title shot. If anybody deserves a title shot with one loss, it's the Razorbacks. To go undefeated in the SEC is way more of a statement than USC losing once in the Pac-man 10. In conclusion, WE NEED A PHUCKING PLAYOFF SYSTEM!!!!

 

yes, they lost to Oregon State - but if they win out they will have beaten Arkansas, Cal, Oregon, and Notre Dame. Who with 1 loss will have played better teams according to the polls and the BCS?

 

If Michigan loses a close one to Ohio State, they are deserving.

If Florida wins out, they are deserving.

If Arkansas wins out, they are deserving.

If Rutgers wins out, they are deserving.

If Florida wins out, they are deserving.

the list can get pretty long....

but yes, USC would be just as deserving as anyone else.

Of course we need a playoff system, everyone knows it.

 

Unfotunately, if Ark, USC, and Mich are the only 3 1 loss teams left, USC should go (throws up a little in mouth). USC beat Arky h2h. That's it. They had their shot at the condoms and lost. No excuses.

 

Arkansas......UF, AU(on the road), and LSU! All three in the top ten when the games were/will be played. Plus its the SEC, nuff said. And ya'll know I HATE AU, but they deserved a shot 2 yrs. ago.

 

USC is more deserving than anyone. They know the PAC 10 is weak and they went out and scheduled tough teams. Michigan?...not so much.

 

Arkansas has beaten Bama, @Auburn, @S. Carolina, and embarrased Tenn. True SC and Bama aren't ranked anymore because they lost, but this where everyone's arguement of the SEC beating each other up comes into play. Just another way the SEC screws itself out of a NC.
