the funny thing I read on that first board is a thread saying Oregon St, Oregon, Washington, and CAL would crush almost all the SEC teams. These folks are stupid...no arguing with them either. They deserve a shot at the MNC, with LSU, but the PAC 10 has nothing on the SEC. The "experts" on TV all agree Pac 10 is 3 or 4 in conference strength and SEC is #1. I hope USC fans chill out some, and I hope we get them this year or next year and shove it down their throat...then we can talk about how good the PAC 10 is.
They're dizzy. LSU has faced MUCH tougher tests than USC has. They honestly think that is overridden by the fact that LSU played (and crushed) a Div II school.
the USC fans like most Pac 10 fans think they are the best conf, even with the cold hard facts in front of them. they just dont get it. The Pac 10 sucks. they all say the SEC is overrated. They cant even fill the stadium
It's b/c the PAC 10 teams score a lot of points, and they do not really understand how tough teams play D in the SEC. They look at scores. They see PAC 10 scoring more points, so they think the PAC 10 is better. They will not listen to reason, and don't even bother explaining how the SEC has more Top 25 teams . . . they are delusional. That said, we should be playing them for the NC. Even the BIG 12 is a tougher conference than the PAC 10, you can't lose your conference CG and play for the NC (or atleast you shouldn't be able).
HEY ... get a load of this ... In the 4th quarter, the USC announcers were so cocky, they told ALL the fans to make their air and hotel reservations for N.O. ... and a huge rush of USC reservations has flooded N.O. last night ... it's pathetic ... those poor ignorant bastids wasting all that good money ... to come see LSU
I watched the USC OSU game and the ABC announcers were gushing about USC. They were stating that LSU had no reason to excpect to go to Sugar. Now its great that there is no complaints about LSU and all crying is over USC or OU.
