Frank Okam was 10 the last time he heard his father's voice, so familiar and yet just a little unsettling. Franklin Okam a chemist, "an extremely intelligent man," the younger Okam says had been gone a couple of years, deported to his native Nigeria for reasons his son says he still doesn't understand.
