    Bestbank, I'm sure he was referring to income taxes. Of course everyone pays sales taxes, but those aren't the taxes that are at issue right now.

    Man, do y'all work for a living? :)

    I was thinking payroll taxes. They're on helluva bite out of people's paychecks.

    What really sucks is if you want to work for yourself. Your maginal tax rate is 43% before you even hit $30K. But somehow it's their fault if they can't get ahead.
