LSU greats Devery Henderson and Joseph Addai Square off tonight in Indy. Unfortunatley it's on NBC, which currently has the who's who of bad NFL commentators. Time to turn down the tv and turn up bobby hebert and the boys.

    Predictions?

As much as I love the Saints, the Colts can score some points. I hope this is not true but I think the Colts win in a shootout.

I'd rather listen to nails on a chalkboard than listen to Bobby Hebert. His thick accent is way too much for me.

It's gonna be a good beginning to a great weekend! Football is finally here!! I have a feeling that this Saints vs Colts game is going to be a very offensive game. Big numbers on both sides of the ball. No better way to start off the season than watching the Black and Gold on Thursday night!

    Go Saints! Who Dat!! :thumb:

I hate to even talk about it but......IMO the Saints are the better team on both sides of the ball. I think if it comes down to a shoot out the Saints win.

Indy lost way too much on defense and they had a crappy defense last year. I don't see Indy matching up with Bush and Colston. It's gonna be a long night for Indy's defense.

The Saints are much improved on defense. They replace Fred "toast" thomas. I think a lot of people are gonna be suprised at how good the Saints really are!

Final score Saints 38 Indy 24

Lets go Saints! I got Brees in my money fantasy league. Would love to see him toss a few TD's!

Does anyone know the status of David Patten and Devery? Is Devery still hurt and is Patten likely to see playing time?

David Patten is most likely the #3 WR but I am pretty sure Devery is still nicked up and some say he could be a sleeper in this game because he should be bumped up to the #2 WR. Veteran will likely step up if the passing game starts to struggle a bit. I would go with him but I dont know who else you got.

I have Manning in my fantasy league. Hope it is a high scoring game with the Saints pulling it out. Playing against Bruce so I hope Manning spreads it around a bit.

    Geaux Saints

The colts lost a couple key players on Defense such as Jason David(a now saint) and linebacker Cato June....I like the high power offense of the saints in this one....reggie bush will break out tonight!

    GEAUX SAINTS!

Macfarland is a big loss...i loved watching him play for the tigers...for a d lineman he brought excitement to the position like dorsey does now on the d line
