To call the domers that run that board and yourself(if you are BitterD) spineless, is an insult to any organism without a spine!! Your board not only did the same thing after their loss but banned LSU posters before the game at such an incredible rate, that it staggered the minds of the rational people on this board. The fact that you have been allowed to continue to post here at all is a wonder to me considering the treatment we all garnered in lucky charm land, and merely points to our own forbearance. At one time, I actually respected Notre Dame and hoped that their fans were not as arrogant as everybody suggested. While I have met two (yes, that is the number 2!!) Irish posters that were reasonable, the rest of you deluded blowhards did nothing but confirm what millions of Americans think of you already. You are viciously tyranical to everyone that doesn't bow from the ankles when you are present and celebrate the accomplishments of men that 90% of you have probably never even seen play the game of football. If this is the proud tradition that is Notre Dame, then I say piss on it. And no number of recruits will enable Weis to resurrect the respect that you once had, but no longer deserve. I really hope bitterND hangs around for a while. He provides a nice respite during the lull times. Let's hope he doesn't discover laxatives or antidepressants before Aug.

Maybe he's just not up to that unparalleled academic rigor and overall standard? I mean, certainly a player must excel on the field, but as bitterND has enlightened us all, that's just a very small tip of the proverbial iceberg when it comes to playing for Notr... Oh, you know. We're just unworthy of even mentioning the place by name.
