Now that the Lady Tigers have bowed out of the Softball World Series and ULALA is going to Oklahoma, It's time to ask some tough questions. Why can't we start a JayVee team like them, where one of our assistants coach a summer travel team that has our freshman and recruits playing all summer long? Why can't our staff hold off-season private tryouts for recruits and transfers? To save money, coaches and players expenses could be hidden by running a summer ball travel team, not associated with the school. How come our coaches aren't working with their players over the summer like ULL's? Why isn't LSU, like ull, allowing the jayvee team to use school facilities to practice everyday through the summer? Because it's illegal? Well if it is, how come they can do it?
They were in a weaker regional. We'll see how they fare against Texas and the Cat! (she's kinda hot too) Do you know for sure that they are breaking rules? It didn't seem to help them last year.
I heard the guy that was listed as coach was coach on paper only, Lotief actually did the coaching and decision making. Also heard ull coaches tried to get any high school players on the team to commit or they couldn't play
