Know where I WON'T be on Friday... The Athletic Department offered it's support this morning for the holding of the BULLDAWG SUPPORT RALLY Friday. An announcement is posted at www.mstateathletics.com/ The announcement is small but it is there. Please make an effort to be at the Rally. Details: Mississippi State SUPPORT RALLY Coach Sherrill mentioned the 12th man being the fans that can help push, or will, a team to victory or at least through the hard times. A Mississippi State Support Rally will begin outside the Bryan Athletic Administration Building at 7:00 a.m. this Friday morning. Yes, I know it is a work day/class day for most Bulldog supporters but certainly many like me will be able to take the day off. So what is my plan for this support rally? Simple, begin showing up at 7:00 a.m. with Cowbells in hand and show our support and belief in this team and this staff. I plan on staying in front of the coaches offices for most of the morning then cross the street to the field house for Friday's practice. The team and staff needs to see this kind of support, We will be there for the players when they arrive for practice and workouts and we will be there when they leave. After that, we will proceed to the corner of 5 points, beside the M-Club to ring our bells until our arms fall off. I would hate for it to just be me but one is better than none and wouldn't 1000 people be incredible! Let all of your friends know about the support rally beginning at 7:00 a.m., this Friday, in front of the coaches offices, proceeding to the field house in the afternoon and later out beside the M-Club, I know people will come and I know the players, coaches, and staff will feel, hear, and see our support. If you can't be there yourself find someone that can be there for you.
Neither do I....Everything that I hear around here(from State fans)..they hope to lose every game this year so the AD will have to fire Sherrill. He is a marked man in central MS.
I wonder how long it will take for State fans to literally cheer against there team....like if LSU scored the stadium erupts!!! How funny would that be????
Well -- I was just laughing that the idea (at least on paper) seems to be just standing around the Athletic office all day ringing their cowbells.... Oh well, guess it's just me...
...they have a better chance of recruiting a lynch mob to run Sherrill out of town:shock: :shock: :shock:
