    Is this a coincidence???

Georgia a No-Go for DCX Vans

Plans for a new DaimlerChrysler assembly plant in the state of Georgia have been put on hold. The new plant, to be located outside of Savannah near the junction of Interstates 16 and 95, was to be the new home for the Sprinter commercial van beginning in 2005. On Tuesday, a DaimlerChrysler spokesman told Reuters that the $750 million plant was "not going forward," just days after the company and the United Auto Workers reached a tentative deal on a new contract that will allow DaimlerChrysler to sell off seven parts plants around the country. The plant would have brought an estimated 3000 jobs to Georgia. The company will continue to ship CKD Sprinters to South Carolina for final assembly and distribution.

Man, now I feel badly about us winning...

How does UGA's loss have anything to do with this?

Sorry...I forgot to inflect the sarcasm in my post. I just read that story online and thought about the timing of it happening after the game. It's a joke...get it?

DaimlerChrysler was probably going to screw the fine people of GA long before Corey Webster intercepted that pass.
