I try to follow that rule, but sometimes I just can't. In this case, I'll pull for the SEC, but these days(especially with the SEC), every win and loss counts. As LSU showed in 2001, EVERY single win and loss counts...
I don't pull for the SEC all the time. No problem admitting that. UGA could very well lose to Clemson. Our team is decimated beyond belief and then some more. It's quite sad. People seem to think that every UGA fan is confident of a win when in fact many are expecting a close game if not a loss. I am not real worried about this game though. If we lose, so be it. At least its not an SEC game. We will lose 2-3 this year anyway. Just as long as they arent an SEC team, thats fine.
GatorChamp, answer something for me. What's the running joke on gatorcountry about Thanksgiving dinner with Nick Saban about?
while i almost always pull for the sec, i have to side with cu this week(feel obligated cuz im in cu rad school). clemson will win this game. cu missed a fg at the end of the game that would have forced ot. and clemson was bad last year. uga is reeling right now. they are going to be good, no doubt. but they will feel the effects of all the losses on defense. clemson's wr corp is the best in the acc and probably top 10, if not top 5 in the country. the attitude is positive around here. everyone likes cu's chances. trust me, there is nothing going on in this town and the hype for this game is incredible. this game gives uga a glimpse of what to expect from the REAL death valley later in the season. cu-38, uga-28
