This is how I see the game being played out. Just my 2¢...

    Offense:

LSU will pass to run. Knowing that the UF linebackers are suspect we will see plenty of passing across the middle in the 10-15 yard range. When they bite on the short pass Mauck will stretch the field with some deep passing. We could see some really long passing plays today. Justin Vincent and Addai have a workman-like day and gain 150 yards on the ground and help us to control the time-of-possession. (note: I think LSU will return to form and really dominate on offense today.)

UF will finally try some new things today. Of course we will still see the bubble-screen (surprise...) but it might actually work if Leak can read the blitz packages correctly. I do see Florida finally trying to stretch the field and go deep more than we have seen so far this year. With Hunt out I think that Zook will try and attack. Of course this will only work if the Gator O-line can defend against the LSU blitz.

    Defense:

LSU will play their typical aggressive blitz packages. Guys will be coming from every angle. They get to leak pretty regularly but must watch for Leak running the ball up the middle on designed delays. The corners will be playing more man-type coverages on 1st and 2nd downs then dropping into aggressive zones for the 3rd and longs...

UF will play a man/zone and utilize a spy in the middle. They know that LSU would like nothing more than to dink them for 10-15 yard passes all day and they'll need to play aggressive zone D to assist their questionable linebacking group. They will try and blitz the weakside and might have some luck when Vincent is in the backfield.

    My final word:

Florida will come out of the tunnel fired up but will end up with more of the same: Another loss. With their program in shambles, if LSU comes out and shows dominance early, the UF house of cards will collapse.

    LSU 42
    UF 17
