Last year, the SEC CG was played on astro turf. Many LSU fans may be assuming that the field will be a big advantage for LSU. However, over last winter, the Georgia Dome changed the surface to artificial grass. A much slower playing surface and the same surface that Georgia practices on all the time in Athens.
Team speed is team speed. Grass, Astroturf, tartanturf, surf-n-turf, who cares!! The tigers got speed and know how to use it. I dont care if Jawja has Herschel, Fran Tarkenton, Lindsey Scott, and Vince Dooley. The Tigers are gonna rock in the dome Sat!!
