Interesting, but in actuality the southwest ramps do not block South Stadium Drive.

Great idea. But you also have to pay some fans to sit in seats that high and far away from the field with a poor endzone view.

    I figure it would be about 50,000 new seats at 36 bucks a pop . . .

yeah, we would never fill those seats up....its hard enough for the Appalachain St/ ULM's as it is.

They'd fill em up for the big games, thereby sell a lot of the season tickets to people who would only want to go to the the so called big games, unless the home schedule was as unattractive as last season when we had no big games. Anyhow, if they do ever close in the endzoneI've a feeling they will do what many other places are doing and that is make them club seats or suites, limiting that number quite a bit.

By the way, my uncle, whi was the season ticket holder who introduced me to LSU football, thought they would never put in upper decks because they could sell tickets to anyone that high up.

Every student could get tickets, having the underclassmen in the upper deck above the current student section...

Are you certain about this? I thought they were going to re-route S.Stadium to the other side of the tree line, like they have done currently for the construction site.

I've always advocated putting up temporary upper deck seating in both endzones for the big games.
