Guys, Forget UCLA, they stink on ice. Cast, instead, a glance in former Saints assistant Mike Riley's direction: he has his Oregon St. Beavers playing solid ball these days. Impressive stats in the rout of Stanford this weekend: over 600 yds total offense (148 by Steven Jackson, who has well over 1,000 now), -12 yds rushing for Stanford. They should have beaten Washington State a few weeks ago, too. They've scored 26 points or more in 9 of their 10 games. They get Oregon this week and, if they win, a week off to prep for USC as a pretty hot 8-3 team having won 7 of their last 9 games. Keep an eye on these kids...
Oregon State is my honorary favorite team, as is Michigan, UCLA, and any other team that can hurt the BCS rankings of any team ahead of us.
Great. Just what we need, an ex-Saints coach to rest our faith in. Excuse me if I don't hold my breath.
I think UCLA will give them a good game ( I dont know why, just a feeling ). Oregon State will give them a better game. Go Beavers
LSUtigah, Remember that anyone who leaves the Saints organization usually does extremely well after leaving. Not worth a wooden nickel with the Saints, and all-Pro after leaving. Geaux Beavers!
Nice Beaver... Thanks, I just had it stuffed. Hey, you know when you get a field full of angry Beavers and a bunch of Trojans, you've got an exciting game on your hands. I still think the Trojans are going to stick it to the Beavers. You never know who will end up on top in this one. Either way, it should be fun to watch. Are we still talking about football?
Hopefully the Trojans will forget to unwrap themselves and give the Beavers a dominatrix type of a game Go Beavers!!!!!
