    I think Austin has the toughest.

    Duke, Michigan St, Syracuse, Oklahoma, Cincy, Kentucky

    You're buying into the Duke and Kentucky media biases. Having Mich State and Syracuse 5,4 means they play each other in the second round. That's a weak, weak region IMO, easily the weakest of the 4.

    Chicago is the most top heavy with Illinois, Okl State (IMO the top no. 2 seed) and Arizona (top no. 3 seed). Remember, had Arizona beaten Washington, they would have most likely been the 4th no. 1 team due to the weird Conference RPI nos.

    Albuquerque is the deepest region with good to decent teams in the 1-12 spots.
