so what makes you guys choose Fry over Bender (Futurama talk here)? Bender is the scene stealer in the show without question. TV: Tony Soprano Fred Sanford George Castanza Jack Bauer Boss Hogg Movies: Tommy DeVito (Joe Pesci in Goodfellas) Quint (Robert Shaw in Jaws) Darth Vader (voiced by James Earl Jones, played by David Prowse Clark Griswold (of the NL Vacation movies) Private Pyle (Vincent D'Onofrio in Fill Metal Jacket)
TV: Dr. Zoidberg - Futurama George Costanza - Seinfeld John Locke - Lost Archie Bunker - All In The Family Lucy Ricardo - I Love Lucy Movies: Michael Corleone - Godfather William Wallace - Braveheart Derek Vinyard - American History X John Doe - Se7en Nikonar 'Nick' Chevotarevich - The Deer Hunter I don't know why people would choose Fry over Bender but your assertion that Bender is the scense stealer is wrong. That obviously goes to Dr. Zoidberg, I hope the futurama movies over the summer kinda feature him a little more.
Favorite Movie Characters: Roman Moronie - Richard Dimitri in Johnny Dangerously Irwin "Fletch" Fletcher - Chevy Chase in Fletch/Fletch Lives Jeremy Grey - Vince Vaughn in Wedding Crashers Darth Vader - Star Wars
bender is fabulous, but fry is a more developed character. although most of my favorite lines are not from either, but from either random people or scruffy or professor farnsworth.
Hmmm.. tv.... a few that come to mind.... Hawkeye Pierce (MASH) Captain James T. Kirk (Star Trek) Eric Cartman (South Park) Daisy Duke (Dukes of Hazard) Sgt. Joe Friday (Dragnet)
Dude is right. He is in Deveil and Daniel Webster, but the name is used in a bunch of old folk tales. He is also in the Devil and Tom Walker.
