We have a dual threat QB trying to read defenses, of course our passing game will suck. No depth on DL or OL no depth at LB and some of the worse ST play i have ever witnessed. Other than that we are pretty good.
Peveto is something else. If it wasn't for the buyout, LSU should have fired Les Miles after he re-hired Peveto in any capacity, much less to coach 1/3 of our units.
I say we stop recruiting QBs altogether and go all Paul Johnson on offense. Fournette at QB, Guice the speed back and Williams being the fullback, run a fucking wishbone. Why would you recruit a highly touted QB and then half ass it the entire way with your passing game? If you're not going to give it your best shot from a coaching standpoint, just abandon the passing game altogether.
Then there's this: http://theadvocate.com/sports/saints/14004954-123/time-of-crisis-on-heels So Les now supposedly has fire in the belly and drive when the heat gets turned up, but apparently not 3 weeks ago when it actually would have mattered.
He always says the right thing, but fulfilling on those promises is whole other thing. I'm not going into this game with confidence.
