Is that as high as the upper deck goes? It doesn't look as tall as the east side. This may be a time where a picture is worth 1000 words: How in the heck are they going to finish by September, let alone OCTOBER?
Interesting look, thanks. Something i just thought about while looking at those pictures. Lights? I assume they just attach to the back of the upper deck but ~40 days and counting that oughta be an interesting challenge.
