I could have sworn they said 5 teams to talk about, Wash. St, LSU, Purdue, Ole Miss, and Kansas. Not one single highlight of LSU, all they were talking about was how Auburn will win this game easily. Trev Alberts is such a fool and Mark May doesn't know a thing about bigtime SEC football anyways. He went to Pittsburgh!
you know its fine that we get no play. But when the rubber hits the pavement, and LSU can win and win many games. This will stop then all will join th LSU band wagon. Which is BS and makes the ESPN guys look like a bunch of jack asses again. All the AU hype is fine that is making our boys more hungry....So my opinion is keep on talking. Flying under the radar. only when they have to... Seems like the ESPN crew only mentions LSU when they have to! Lee Corso was really the only one to give us props when Gameday was at Tiger Stadium. Not only that...but every one of em picked guess who in the preseason to win the SEC - AUBURN. Corso was the only one to pick LSU! (Funny...noone picked Georgia). ESPN seems like it has changed the Sat am format. They used to go through all the games now they just touch on the games they are involved in.... I think this new format is lame. I dont care that we get no love. We are 6-1 with a W against GA. This team has the potential to win out and stake claim to what ever they want...It is up to them to decide where they want to go.....and I am be selfish..Fiesta Bowl would be nice... Cheers
The day of the Florida game there was Fiesta Bowl representatives at LSU. They toured the Lawton Room and all. They looked at the trophies and said "it would be nice if you added a Fiesta Bowl trophy."
The only place not giving you guys love is ESPN. Just about every online pick I have seen has you guys winning the game.
It would be great to have the LSU family here for a game. The U of AZ game was great. I think there was about 8,000 from every corner of the USA. I am currently trying to get on with the Fiesta Bowl in a sales role. I am keeping my fingers crossed.. Westau are you located on the west coast?????If so where
