LSU and Tennessee are establishing themselves as the top of the crop in the SEC....and they may be considerably head and shoulders of the rest of the pack. I want to see how LSU handles Vanderbilt, who has been a thorn in the side of the Tigers for tha past couple of years but in all honesty, the team that might be next closest to these two in terms of talent could be.....Kentucky?!?! Alabama is not even close. This Tiders were a solo act named Maverly Nettles who scored all but 7 of 'Bama's 24 first half points. Alabama is a powerful rebounding team but that was negated by LSU's own aggressive board work. As per usual, Seimone and Sylvia led the scoring and rebounding but Quiana Chaney continued her proficiency from beyond the arc going 3-6 which adds a whole new dimension to LSU's attack. Sholonda was also 2-2 from beyond the arc and Crystal White had 5 blocks. More importantly, several bench players got in on the action. Next up is Arkansas, a team that really isn't doing extremely well since SEC play started.
