Most of the lights are up, one deck section remains to be installed, but they are starting to put up the backwalls. Some kind of steel cladding is going up on one of the elevator cores. Maybe to hang pebblestone sheeting from, I don't know.
Just wait until we get a really strong hurricane and have to start over. I hope not but you never know.
You would have thought that they would have waited on the lights until the back wall was in place. Seems like the lights would get in the way.
If a hurricane hits BR hard enough to topple Tiger Stadium, I don't think to many football games would be played this season.
the voice of optimism! hahah BR is far enough inland that the worst affects will be MAYBE 100 mph wind IF it is a monster storm... So, this would delay work, but progress wouldn't be destroyed
You know, I'm just glad that I am not among the guinea pigs that will be jumping up and down up there for the first game. Just a thought.
It is something you have to think about, but would LSU risk a couple million dollars of lost ticket sales for billions of dollars of lawsuits? This thing will be fine
