There are really stacking concrete high on the elevator shafts and ramps now, and they are starting to add the actual upper deck support beams.

Nice to see sunny skies in that picture. Everytime I see it rained in BR I get a little worried.

I heard that they didn't think the club seats would be finished for the start of next season, any word on that?

Also, Red are you in that big building that doesn't have any (that we could see) distinguishing marks on it and looks kind of like styrofoam, kind of an off-white peach color, on that side of Tiger Stadium? I was driving past there yesterday and we couldn't figure out what that building was.

FWIW: What I've seen posted by people who seem to know what they are talking about, is that it will be ready in a safe, functional context. The final esthetics (e.g. carpet, some paint, etc) will not be complete by the first game.

Sorta resembles the construction of Michael Dell's house.

It is intentionally unmarked and indescript. It holds two entire colleges and goes by the intentionally uninspiring working designation of Energy, Coast & Environment Building.

But it could be CParso Hall if you donate $10 or $20 million to the LSU Foundation. That is what LSU would like to see happen. They will be ready when the next Lod Cook comes around.

It is a huge facility and very nice with state-of-the-art labs and a gigabit internet spine. But architectually, the building has been described as a dome with a cell block attached. The domed wing is officially called the Rotunda, but since the building is half full of ecologists, biologists, and other environmental scientists, the engineers and geoscientists snidely refer to it as the Nutria Accelerator.

you don't mess around, do you? thanks for keeping us tigers who live thousands of miles from TS in the loop. I definately won't be surprised now when I make it down for the Tenn game. Thanks, bro.
