In todays issue of the Daily Oklahoman, there is and article interviewing Marquise Hill, Eric Alexander, Kyle Williams and Blue Gay. The writer asked them if they thought White was the best QB they will have faced this year. To a man they said' "He's no different than any one else we've faced." The writer goes on to point out that White won the Heisman and the numbers he's put up. Eric Alexander said, "Day in and day out we play against the best.". Marquise Hil said,"It's just another game to us. The numbers don't win games and you're only as good as your last game. They won't mean anything if he doesn't do anything against us.". Blue Gay said, "In the SEC we play against great QB's every week.". I get the feeling the writer was disappointed because these guys weren't bowing down in front of the almighty White. On an earlier report on WWLS, it was reported that Chuck Long, OU's oc, said he didn't feel like it was necessary for OU to run the ball in order for OU to move the ball successfully. One caller said that Matt Mauck would be "eaten alive" by the OU corners and not have any success passing. Another caller said that LSU doesn't have any dominant running backs ala Darren Sproles of KSU. Both predicted OU blowouts, 45-7 and 42-3. When asked to compare LSU's defense to KSU's defense, Bob Stoops said,"There is none. They play differently. Their structures are different.". I tell ya, they've almost got me convinced we may as well not show up for the game. I've had to listen to so much garbage up here my puke bucket is never empty! Can I get a little sympathy? GEAUX TIGERS!!!! LSU, 2003 TEAM OF DESTINY!!!!!!
ahhh...he has always been just Randall to me, or mother f'r after a bad play. Blue...insert your Old School reference here.
We've seen the great Texas and Neb. teams and they are no stemwinders. Okies are cocky and LSU is determined and level headed. LSU defense will have immobile White groggy before game over. LSU by 17.
Jason White isn't any better than Eli Manning or David Greene. I just think OU has better weapons around him. Also remember what LSU's, AU's and Georgia's Defenses have been ranked in the top 10 all year. If Jason White had faced Defenses of this calibur he might not have won the Heisman.

White's stats came against porous Defense ... many at the very bottom of the barrell of college fb ... like Texas A&M If White and the OU offense is so good ... why did they almost lose to Alabama ... a team LSU easily handled. lol, stoops call on 4th down from his own 30-yard line in that game was great ... and the OU kid bobbles the catch and makes it ... fortunate for OU ... or they wouldn't even be here.
