By "tame" you mean no one can speak the truth about your football team? All must bow down and worship the Tide???? Sounds like the Bama fans I dealt with. They literally can't believe that everyone in the nation doesn't worship their team. It is dang near psychotic.

If I got ten birds on a wire, and I shoot a gun, and 9 of em fly off. Even though the one didn't doesn't make it not typical for birds to fly when they hear a gun. Most Bama fans fly (off the handle) when it comes to talking sports...they can not, and do not, take any comments that do not pertain to Tide worship. It is what I am accustomed to.

I am glad you say you are not like the Bama fans I have had to stomach when I lived in Mobile.
