The way it's been done in the past is that every season ticket holder/account is given a randomly generate number between ONE and how ever many accounts are eligible for the lottery. This year, there is something around 4,000 accounts eligible. So, each account is assigned randomly generated computer number between 1 and 4,000. If your number falls below 2,150 (the number of tickets SETS available), you'll get 2 tickets.
