1)Nick Saban said he is committed to LSU
    2)No offers were made
    3)No decisions were made

These are all words from Saban, we should not give up and just say oh well he's gone.

A positive day? I dunno about that... A nerve racking day. Louisiana's productivity had to have gone down about 30% today with employees scouring the internet looking for new updates/inside info. It's not a negative day, because we still have our head coach. But its not a positive day, because we're not sure that we are keeping our head coach.

Talk about calling someone out about being negative. You might want to take a step back. :)

I feel better after one day. I think these Miami reporters claim to have "inside" info, but no way in hell do they know what Saban said or is thinking. What people are holding their breath on is the hot recruits (RP, McNeil, Harris to name a few) out there waiting to see what move Saban makes. I remember on Saban's call in show in October or November, he explicitly said he wasn't interested in the Miami job and was very happy at LSU. What changed between now and then I don't know.
I would agree that Sexton is being a good agent and stacking assloads of leverage so when Saban really does leave LSU, he will command bargaining power. Saban said as you get older you want to settle somewhere, like BR. He loves it here and like Pastarelli said, he has everything he needs here and a winning program. There isn't a lot of reason to leave honestly.
