Huge win over a bitter rival...A viable team in Tech coming to town. Remember Mich State's only loss at home is to Tech.

FLA was enough to wake up LSU from such a thing...

LSU won't have a letdown. If they were playing one of the regular rent a win teams like Utah State or Western Illinois they might lack the same intensity they had in the Auburn game. LSU has a lot of players from Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Ruston, Monroe, Shreveport and all over the state. So does L Tech. These guys know each other as former teamates and high school rivals. The Tech players from Louisiana can live with being beaten by LSU with no shame about being beaten by a superior team. The LSU players from Louisiana would have to listen to smack from those guys for the rest of their lives if they lost to the PuppyDogs. They will be pumped up to put L Tech away

It's unrealistic to think LSU can match the intensity we had against Auburn. However, if the players didn't learn a lesson from the Florida game, then they aren't very bright!

    They'll be ready to play...

Some of these players remember UAB. They won't underestimate La. Tech.

Since La tech is last in defense (117) I don't see it even being close much less a letdown.

Im more concerned with the bye week again than I am a let down at the hands of La Tech. We get the train rolling and put on the brakes for another bye and head to Tuscaloosa. Im a believer in the momentum thing.

Well said, Bengal B. This is exactly why LSU is going to beat the everloving crap out of Tech. Remember what the Tigers used to do to Tulane on a regular basis? That's what I'm expecting. Look for about a 62-0 pasting.
