ESPN Hot Wire, December 17, 2003 12:53 am ET The hotly contested Georgia vs. LSU controversity may not be over yet. University of Georgia school officials met with key NCCA and ESPN personnel this week and agreed with a vote of 10-0 that Georgia is the better team. The explanation stated by officials was "After reviewing the total statistics and applying the BCS and poll formulas, it is clear to us that the University of Georgia clearly should have won both games, and since the entire panel voted unanimously in agreement, we have decided that the University of Georgia should be awarded victory in both games." ESPN also stated that "the second game was very close, but because Georgia should have won the first game, we were swayed into awarding the second game as well.":shock:
You hold that pose well. Now bend over a little more, wannabe... You must all be in some sort of Toolame frat or click, because all of the LSU fans I have known have a sense of humor and A LIFE. They don't sit around on internet boards constantly refreshing their screens, awaiting scraps of news from anti-LSU yank news sources and spooging in their pants when they get them, believing everything they read. This is a slow week and I'm just trying to help keep things going. I wholeheartedly apologize for getting on YOUR board and disrupting the flow. (I really, really, really mean THAT, too). It takes such a large amount of wit to make some of those statements. What great Tiger fans you are. Nice.
It wouldn't suprise me if it was real! We have been NOT respected all year. Ole Miss, then the Piggies then UGA. It couldbe that OU is the only team to actually consider LSU a worthy opponent. EVEN now all i hear from OLE PISS fans is LSU got lucky and stole our SEC Championship rings. As IF! UGA would have murdered Ole piss. c ya
