This is why we spend the equivalent of a small automobile every year for tickets, food and gear. This is why we get to the stadium at 6:30 Saturday morning or Friday night or…… This is why we get goose bumps when the band starts out across the field. This is what its like to be in the SEC, where the seasons success can come down to a game barely midway through the season. This is why we can’t talk untill Wednesday after a game. This is what people can never understand unless they’ve felt it. This is the SEC. This is LSU. Make no mistake. This is it. :lsug:
Excellent Post! There truly is no conference on par with the SEC. Keep the Big 10/11...keep the Big 8/12...keep the Wack 10....nothing even comes close to touching SEC football. Here's to a great game this Saturday and may the best Tigers win (the AU Tigers, of course!:wink:
I think just about every school in the conference would agree with that post just changing the school title, with the one possible exception of Vandy, who seems not to really care.
No one in College football can come close to the SEC. I am going to repeat myself the PAC 10 is very weak, they dont get it. They could not put a tailgate together if they had instructions. anyway the SEC is a class act

My younger brother went to the Arizona game. He said those people out there were really lost when it came to tailgating. Of course they were already waiting for basketball season back then.
