1. Hate to put a damper on what you are thinking, but this game pales in comparison to the SECC game vs UT.

I'll give you it's one of the top 5 in Saban's tenure...but biggest?
  2. It's the biggest game because it's the next game.
  3. Hell, he may be an Aubum fan in disguise!
  4. To say this is the biggest game in Saban's era may be a little much. Sure it is a very big game being our first conference game, being against a highly rated team that won the conference last season, and given the fact it can potentially be a game, if won, that could take a talented team, and give them more confidence to get on a roll for the remainder of the season. That being said, I don't think losing this game would in any way harm the status of the program under Saban. In other regimes, this may have been a make or break game, but Nick has LSU on solid ground.
  5. I'd say its the biggest game of this year. Especially if we win. If we win then it will be the biggest game of the regular season, and the post season games will become the biggest of the year.

So far the biggest game of Saban's career was the SECCG. We knocked out #2 UT as big underdogs.
  6. That win over Tennessee was definitely a bigger game. As mentioned before, Saban now has LSU on solid ground. I wonder if guys like J. Russell, B. Edwards, and other freshmen from outside of LA sign with LSU if we don't win that game.
  7. The biggest under Saban was the Tenn game a week after UAB punked us in our house.
  8. I'm so excited that I'm going to wake up at 3:30 Sunday morning have breakfast, wait two hours and start drinking so I can be in the Baton Rouge spirit when the game kicks off at 7:30 Sunday morning here in NZ.

    Geaux Tigers!!!
  9. Guys your next game is always the most important. This is a big game but they are all big. If you start putting more emphasis win or lose then you can risk letdowns the rest of the season.

Play em one game at a time and always do your best. Its a cliche but a good one. If we win Georgia but let down against the next opponent the Georgia win goes for naught. If we lose then we risk another letdown at Miss. St.

    Thats my two cents.

  10. Now thats some early tailgating!!!:D :D :D
