LSU is going to host a Regional - this much we can count on. In looking around the nation at potential Regional opponents, I couldn't help but get annoyed at the very thought of LSU underachieving at home in the post-season (I think that thought has creeped into everyone's mind on some level). It's just not an option. It's just not an option. IT'S JUST NOT AN OPTION. LSU will be one of the lowest teams to host a Regional and will likely play host to some formidable competition. Personally, I think it's time to stop screwing around. It was only fair that we slowed our pace from a sprint to a brisk jog in order to allow the rest of the country to catch up with us - enough is enough is enough is enough. WE MUST PROTECT THIS HOUSE! It may be a good thing if we are ranked the #2 seed in our own regional (not that i think this will happen) but if it does the team may wake up once they get no respect at HOME!

I honestly don't even really care what happened in the SEC tourney. We're going to beat some ass in the Regional and we'll give any team hell in a Super with Dirks and Smith. And look at Mesty's numbers against non-SEC teams anyway. I'm ready for the 'real' 2nd season to start.
