do brokers as a group make money or do they just decide how it is handed out? id guess the only money they make is through speculation. the money is made by the investors and the companies and the workers.

Do you not understand that the investments of what you cal the idol rich contribute directly to GDP growth? It isn't as if there money is sitting in giant money bins. For ther wealth to grow rapidly it has to be aggressively invested. That type of investment is good for all of us.

Compaired to the all the people who live in developing countries and all the poor people in developed countries who make less money than me, I'd be considered filthy rich. Does that make me evil too?

Well, the rich have enjoyed tax cuts for awhile now... Where are the jobs? Oh that's right, they don't create them. Where is the money?? Oh that's right it doesn't trickle down. Why is there a bigger gap from the top 10% from the rest of the 90% than there ever has been in our history?

A CEO a Tea bagger, and a Liberal went to a bar. The bartender poured out 12 drinks. The CEO drank 11 of them and turned to the tea bagger and said, "I think he is trying to take your drink".

the gap is not relevant, try to understand that.

baseball salaries are up. and A-rod makes a zillion while rookies make 400 grand. doesnt matter, the rookie is doing fine even though arod is making many times over what he is making. arod is the one putting fans in the seats. it simplys isnt relevant to say that the gap between salaries means some guys are not doing well.

stop caring about the gap between rich and poor. care about the poor without concern for how rich the rich are. the rich are not rich at the expense of the poor. stop thinking like a child.

why is the gap relevant. if a poor person makes x, do you think he cares if the rich man makes 5x or 5000x?

clearly he wants the rich man to make 5000x because then he is more likely to give him a job or buy stuff, right?

explain to me why relative wealth is a concern, why the gap between rich and poor matters.

lets say i make 100 grand. and you make 100 million. is my 100 grand therefore not enough? but i can afford what i need, right?
