I don't think Clinton, Nixon or Johnson viewed it that way at all. Maybe Obama did but his view was skewed from reality.

I get your point, but I do not see anyone beating him. Why? Well he is doing what he did when he won. So is the Media. So are the Dems. So are the GOP. Why would he stop doing what got him elected? Seriously? The media did this with terrorist. You know "they just need jobs". It doesn't matter that Donald or anyone tell us why they do something, he covers it clearly in his books, it just doesn't matter. The media knows more than us.... Its same shit. Trump needs to change right? Wrong. The parties need to change and until they do, Trump, or another jackass like him will win. Rubio and Cruz could have won if they just ignored Trump. That is all they had to do. The moment Rubio glitched out is the moment the GOP lost.
