Even if there was no wind he would have had to aim pretty high to allow for the bullet dropping. The McMillan Tac 50 has a muzzle velocity of 2641 fps so a flat shot should take about 4.4 seconds to travel that distance barring gravity and wind.

They targeted facilities, not people, and purposely avoided casualties. More bullshit. That makes them murderers under laws that go back centuries. A robber who drives a getaway care during a robbery is just as guilty as the robber who pulled the trigger.
