Would that be because USC doesn't actually own the stadium? Does the school have to "rent" it out for Saturdays?

That $ figure isn't that shocking to me. I'm acquainted with several fans of USCe that are paying 10K a year for their seats/level. On the 50 yard line at 7K doesn't seem that extreme to me.

I'd be curious what sky box seats were around a few stadiums; donation and per season.
