...to bring a good friend of mine. HER and I are "good friends". Y'all know what I'm talking about. She mentioned to me tonight that she wants to come to a football game this year and visit me in school and what a perfect way to promote the perfect school and get, in my opinion, the perfect girl to come down to Baton Rouge! She lives up north so it's not like this will happen all the time so I need opinions from my fellow posters in this site.
    Im thinking the Tennessee game.

Does she know a lot about the game?

If so, Auburn or Tennesee, or Florida b/c the atmosphere will be unreal.

If she is a 'girl' lol then take her to N Texas, or one of the WINS... so she can be overwhelmed at our greatness, while not realizing we are playing an inferior team

See, I would take her to the N. Texas game, but, she only been to Ohio St. games when they've play BGSU or SDSU. So, I'm thinking a big conference game would be great. Any game will be great, ecspecially when she sees the pregame. But, the bigger the better. Besides, we'll beat Tenn, im sure of it.

Hey, maybe I'll even take her to Pasadena.:yelwink2:

If you want to impress her in that way, then I would say Tennessee...

Auburn looks great, but a lot of stuff has to happen for both teams to be highly ranked, where as Tennessee and LSU both have large margins of error before that game.

Ok. It's either Auburn or Tenn. I really want her to witness the triumph of good over evil. LOL

Couldn't the UT game be a CBS game? You have to make sure you get her to a night game.

I'd take her to the Auburn game...

I think it has a better chance of being a night game, so the crowd will be louder and even more impressive. gives you lots of time during the day to show her the campus and tailgate.

Plus, no matter where we are ranked, I think that game will determine who goes to the SEC championship...and both fan-bases will be excited for it.

EDIT: you beat me to it JVincent, but as u can see, i agree.

TV games, that's a good point. ASU is on ESPN, but that's not as big a game as LSU is capable of. Tennessee has the makings of a gameday game but I hate CBS games for some reason. If LSU play's Tenn. @ night then I'll go for that. Auburn is just a great game to go to, plain and simple.

Thanks for the ideas and keep them coming!

Auburn ... although she may be afraid of the toothless rednecks in burnt orange and blue... personally if i had one game to attend it would be Auburn, cuz i hate those bastard from Opelika... save some of the nicer Aubie posters on here and one of my classmates in law school.
