This is indeed scary. I like the fact that these knuckleheads can blow themselves up by doing it though. Beings I am located smack in the middle of the meth capital of the USA I will take up watching for these fools as a hobby. Maybe try to put it on youtube if I find one.
this is a tricky one, all of the chemicals used to make it are legal. how do you combat something like that? obviously throwing a ton of money at the problem and putting person after person after person in jail isn't working. I honestly don't know what i would do about meth, but i think if other drugs were legalized you would see the amount of meth usage in the states go down. what would you do, if someone you loved came clean and said they were addicted to meth? would you want them to go directly to jail, or would you want them to get help?
The thing is, you can't force someone to get help. I do think people should get help rather than go to jail if they want help but a lot of times it takes going to jail to realize you need help. I'm an expert on the subject as I watch intervention every monday night.
