Libs are so stupid. They thought that by switching the colors they could swing a few votes. It backfired. I guess we the people aren't as foolish as they think we are, or wish we were. What do you want to bet that in the next elections they'll switch them back? :hihi:

Maps can lie. Good cartographers can make a map say anything. In this case it should be be obvious that vast acreages of sparsely populated counties don't vote and don't represent a constituancy. Wyoming has a population that is less than Baton Rouge. Check the map below.

The Facts are: Gore won the popular vote in 2000 by less than 1%.
Bush won the popular vote in 2004 by less than 2%.

This country is very evenly divided. Check the map below that uses percentage of the voter per county as a key instead of the total. There is red and blue to be sure, but mostly . . . America is purple.

just realize that the final vote was like 50% to 48%, so you can take your map, split it exactly down the middle and that would be about right.

plus it is a pointless issue. people are morons, who cares who they vote for? it doesnt strenghten bush's case for anything. either policies are good or they arent. what people that arent me think about it is not relevant.
