I can't think of any LSU fan that was pleased with the Steele hire. The only reason Tiger fans weren't livid was because of the Orgeron rumors and hire. That was a cup full of sugar that helped some nasty tasting medicine go down.

Here is some objectivity for you @SaintSlidell, when you score 28 pt's in the second qtr, and you have the top RB in the country, a great O-line, then you run the ball to run out clock. If you keep passing unnecessarily (esp. when you are on your side of the field like they were most of the 3rd qtr), you don't run clock, and sometimes you throw INTs, ala Jamie Howard vs AUB. CLM is also not a guy who likes to run up scores or blowout people. It's how he's built, and he's our coach. Gotta take the good with the bad, amigo.

That's funny! 13 passing yards in the second half and you are comparing it to Jamie Howard? Les let em back in the game because he did not want to run up the score? Laugh out loud! Way to be objective....partner.

I can think of one. He doesn't show up much but there is for sure one. Hell if for some reason LSU hired that idiot pretending to be Curley H he would be here trying to make us see why it was a great move.

I have seen pass defense this year that is so bad because there is no one left to play defense.
What is comforting, watching a 3 TD deficit evaporate due a QB and WR that can't be stopped.
The coaches let them do what they do, even when they were "young" they did not play not to lose.
It is mind numbing to watch Miles let teams back into games, he better not let Alabama back in the game, AGAIN, if they can score 100, go for it.

I just want to know what he has proven, or if he is proven. What are his accomplishments?

Depends on how you want to score it. Statistically, if you thought Chavis was the cats ass then one would be pretty happy.

I tend to look and make a judgment off of what I see. So far, we look pretty good at times, then look like they are butter the next. I'm not sure if that is depth or confusion or what. To me we don't look as good as the stats say we are.

What does he do? He doesn't coach a unit, Peveto coaches linebackers, Orgeron coaches the line, Raymond the db's. Is he just a figurehead or something?
