That's a slap on the wrist. LSU would have been executed. Notre Dame would have gotten an apology for all the trouble.
.. It is a good thing. The payments were not that big. It is good for them and good for the SEC. It is over. Here's to 'em.
One thing bad does come out of it. The WHOLE athletic program is on probation...not just football and/or basketball. Everything. NCAA didn't like something to throw that at em.
