I've never used Slap Ya Mama but another one I like besides Tony Chacherie's is Zatarian's Cajun Seasoning. Has just a little bit of a different tastes that sometimes I prefer.

OK, now that we have defined condiments, I keep not only soy sauce but also a bottle of Kikkomen's Teriyaki Sauce. Its great for all kinds of chicken, beef, pork and shrimp or crawfish dishes and not just for Chinese style stuff
Kikkoman is the best soy sauce. The one with the green cap isn't all bad, either. Works good for stir fry
