Here are the top 10 recruits in the state of Louisiana according to rivals.com:

    1) Early Doucet...............LSU or Miami FL
    2) Glenn Dorsey..............committed
    3) Ryan Miller.................committed
    4) Luke Sanders.............LSU or Texas A&M
    5) Marlon Favorite..........Leaning towards LSU
    6) Charles Alexander.......committed
    7) Craig Steltz................committed
    8) Tyson Jackson............committed
    9) Max Holmes................committed
    10) Gerald Watson..........committed

I expect LSU to reign in Doucet, Sanders and Favorite.

This bodes well for LSU football in years to come.

the fence is starting to turn into a moat with real gators, not wussie Florida gators. Back in the early 1700's and 1800's they had all of those cast iron fences around New Orleans. If someone was caught stealing they would hang them on those pointy fences and let their own weight make them succumb to the piercing picketts. That kind of kept some of the robbers out. Now we have Saban to do that.

I think Doucet is the trump card in the bunch. He committs, and most certainly, the others will follow suite.

Didn't Glenn Dorsey say he wanted to play b-ball only? If so, will his scholarship be for b-ball and not football?
