Tangent coming.... there is nothing worse in sports media right now than the ESPN/Mike Greenburg relationship. The guy gets two hours a day on ESPN (repeated on the Deuce) and two hours a day on ESPN radio, and all he EVER talks about is the NY Jets! Why do they let him do this?

OK, tangent done, resume the Prime bashing.

I watch zero programming on ESPN or any of their affiliates other than football. I haven't watched sportscenter in years. Maybe late at night I might stop on SVP but that is rare. Not saying you're wrong, saying I don't care.

Don't watch fox or any of that other garbage either.

to further the point. from an article in the athletic:

    Thriving TV Numbers
Buffs are a big draw …
Oregon’s blowout win against Colorado recorded a season-high 10.03 million viewers on ABC. Once again, Colorado dominated the ratings, drawing 9.3 million against Colorado State to record ESPN’s fifth-largest regular-season college football audience ever. To put that in perspective:

    • Excluding Peacock streaming, the Oregon-Colorado number tops the 9.98 million who watched Notre Dame-Ohio State on NBC.
    • CFB’s Week 4 was the most-watched regular-season Saturday ever (excluding rivalry week), according to ESPN’s Flora Kelly.
    • Four of the top seven watched games this season have included Colorado. Media reporter Richard Deitsch predicts the Buffs could stay at the top of CFB’s most-watched teams
